The Customer Experience Officer is responsible for enhancing the overall customer journey by developing and implementing effective strategies, improving service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with various departments to address customer concerns, analyzing feedback, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints.
  • Collaborate with departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Utilize data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Design and oversee customer loyalty programs.
  • Report on customer experience metrics and KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦70,000.00 - ₦90,000.00 per month
