We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team. This role is critical in providing both strategic and operational support to the HR Manager and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hands-on HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to building a high-performing, inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support end-to-end recruitment, job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, offer letters.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires including documentation, orientation sessions, and system set-up.

HR Operations & HRIS Management

  • Maintain and update the HR Information System (Odoo); ensure data accuracy and generate reports.
  • Manage employee records and documentation in line with internal procedures and legal compliance.
  • Support benefits administration and accurate payroll deductions.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address basic HR-related employee inquiries and provide support in resolving workplace concerns.
  • Champion engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Support diversity and inclusion practices in line with company values.

Performance Management & Training

  • Coordinate performance review processes and appraisal documentation.
  • Assist in planning and tracking training and development initiatives.

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal controls.
  • Participate in policy reviews and updates to reflect changing regulations and business needs.
  • Conduct market research to support competitive compensation and benefits practices.

Administrative Support

  • Draft HR-related correspondence (letters, memos, circulars, etc.).
  • Provide support within the administrative arm of the department, including planning corporate HR events.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Sound knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems (Odoo experience is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR and Administration
  • HR Certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is a strong advantage

Salary

180,000 - 220,000 NGN
